The California State University has officially launched Graduation Initiative 2025,
focusing our work on reaching traditionally underserved students and eliminating
barriers to student success.
Through partnerships with faith and other community-based organizations, we can
increase the college readiness, enrollment and graduation rates of African
American students. This website provides information about your community and
suggests actions you can take to prepare students to be successful in college
and beyond.
